Us, We, Our. Means Frames by Post Limited trading as Frames & Mirrors 4 U, its employees, agents or duly authorised representatives.

Customer, you. Means any person visiting this site and/or placing an order with us via this site. 

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer data with any third parties.

Before Placing Your Order

Please contact us before ordering if you are unsure about any particular product. We want you to be satisfied first time, every time. 


By placing an order with us you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Your order is a contract between us and you.

Acceptance and completion of the contract between us will take place at the time the products you have ordered are despatched from our premises.

You have the right to cancel your order subject to the conditions listed under the heading Order Cancellation below.

We will notify you if we are unable to accept your order. This could be as a result of any of the following reasons:

  • The product you ordered is unavailable from stock.
  • We cannot obtain satisfactory authorisation of your payment.
  • The identification of a pricing or product description error.

You do not meet the eligibility to order criteria set out in these Terms and Conditions. If there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted by our Customer Services Representatives. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure but, in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our Website.

Order Cancellation

Please note that you are entitled to cancel this contract if you so wish provided you exercise your right no longer than eight working days after the day on which you receive the products. Please inform us in writing of your wish to cancel your order, keeping a copy as proof of your cancellation notice. We will not accept cancellations by phone.

Custom Made Products

Please note that your right to return products does NOT apply to goods made to your specification.

Goods must be returned to us if you decide to cancel your order.

Customers are asked to take care of the goods whilst still in their possession and to return the goods with the original packaging. Once the goods are received, a full refund will be issued.

The customer is asked to pay the cost of returning the goods, please write or email our customer services if you would like advice or help with returning an order. The liability of return cost does not apply to substitute goods.

Description of Products

Each product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description.

If you are unsure about specific details or you want more information about a particular product please contact our customer services representatives before ordering.

Although a product may appear on this Website as being in stock at a particular time, this may not always reflect the position at the exact moment you place an order, if a product is out of stock you will be informed.

Although we aim to keep the website as up to date as possible from time to time an item may become unavailable. In such cases we will contact the customer to offer an alternative or give a new supply date if appropriate, the customer will be able to cancel their order if they so wish.


All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system.

The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery.

By placing an order with us you confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours.

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Refusal of Transaction

We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this Website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this Website.

We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.

We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from this Website whether or not that product has been sold; removing or editing any materials or content on the Website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

Eligibility to Purchase from Us

To be eligible to purchase products on this Website and lawfully enter into and form contracts on this Website under English law you must:

  • Register by providing your real name, phone number, e-mail address, payment details and other requested information.
  • Be over 18 years of age.
  • Stipulate a delivery address in the United Kingdom. Please note that PO Box numbers, hotels and accommodation addresses are not acceptable.
  • Own a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us

By making an offer to buy a product, you specifically authorise us to transmit information (including any updated information) or to obtain information about you from third parties from time to time, including but not limited to, your debit or credit card number or credit reports, to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorisation and to authorise individual purchase transactions.

Delivery Times and Receipt of Goods

Goods are normally dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of your order unless otherwise stated. Please check the individual availability of the product/s you have ordered. If your order is likely to take any longer, we will contact you.

We will make every effort to send a complete order, however we reserve the right to dispatch part shipments.

The courier companies we use usually deliver between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday.

Weekend deliveries can be arranged, but may incur an additional cost, please contact us to arrange.

Postage and packaging only covers the item/items ordered and shipped to the customer once.

When an item can not be delivered, the courier will attempt to leave the item with a neighbour if deemed safe to do so. Should this not be possible the item will be taken to the nearest Post Office or Depot to wait collection or redelivery. The customer is left a card to advise them of where the item has been left and what they need to do.

We will not accept responsibility for parcels that are not collected from local depots or Post Offices. Parcels are normally returned to our warehouse after 14 days, this will incur a cost which we will pass on to the customer.

Please ensure you collect or arrange a re-delivery of your parcel, if it is returned to us you will be liable for the return and the re-delivery costs.

If your order is overdue please contact us so we can confirm the dispatch details.

Although we work closely with our couriers to ensure the best possible service and convenient delivery times, we regret that delays sometimes occur which are outside of our control.

Our couriers will only delivery to the postal address front door or front of premises, we will not carry items into a property or remove packaging or attempt to assemble or hang items.


We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resaleable condition. Returns should be made within a reasonable time (usually 28 days) and in original, undamaged packaging. If the product returned is not in fully resaleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please note we are unable to offer a refund on custom made goods unless they are faulty. Please contact us either by phone or email to discuss the best method of returning goods.  

Delivery Charges

We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted.  

Damaged/Faulty Goods

Although we take every care in the packaging and transit of goods to our customers, breakages may occasionally happen. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or faulty please contact our customer services immediately.

Goods will not be accepted for return without prior authorisation from Frames by Post Limited trading as Frames and Mirrors 4 U.

We will either arrange for a collection of the goods and organise a replacement or issue a full refund. 

Given the nature of the products we sell, many of which contain glass, we advise our customers to take extreme care when opening packages to avoid personal injury.
