Returns & Refund Policy


We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resalable condition. Returns should be made within a reasonable time (usually 14 days) and in original, undamaged packaging. If the product returned is not in fully resalable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please note we are unable to offer a refund on custom made goods unless they are faulty. Please contact us either by phone or email to discuss the best method of returning goods.

Damaged/Faulty Goods

Although we take every care in the packaging and transit of goods to our customers, breakages may occasionally happen.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or faulty please contact our customer services immediately.

Goods will not be accepted for return without prior authorisation from Frames By Post Ltd t/as Frames and Mirrors 4 u.

We will either arrange for a collection of the goods and organise a replacement or issue a full refund.
